Take a tour through
the pictures of Scotland on this page and enjoy the splendour
and moods of Scotland's scenery. The quality of the light, particularly
in the Highlands, makes it a delight to photograph or paint and
with the landscape being much wilder than other parts of the country,
it attracts both the artist and photographer. Click on any of
the pictures to view a larger image of Scotland's landscape, I
hope you enjoy these photographs of a very special area. The snow
clouds gather over Slioch on Loch Maree and the pastel shades
in the photograph of Ardvreck Castle are accentuated by the morning
sun. Little Stac Pollaidh is about to be engulfed in a snowstorm
while the calm waters of Loch Leven reflect the tops of the Glen
Coe Hills. A quick journey north to Balnakeil near Cape Wrath
and then across the sea to the Isle of Skye to visit Elgol, the
Cuillin and The Old Man of Storr. Mull is the next port of call,
before heading back to the mainland to Badachro and Assynt in
North West Sutherland.
